Just tried to check-in online for flight to Ercan via Sabiha Gokcen - "computer says No)! Has anyone else had this problem.
Phoned Pegasus and was told it is not a problem with my computer, or reservation but it is the airport security system at Stansted.
Has anyone had problems at Heathrow or Gatwick.
Has anyone had a problem from other UK airports/ or other airlines eg Turkish.

Hi All - Just managed to check-in the Sabiha Gokcen leg of the journey to Ercan for my wife and I.
Strange old world!
Still can't check-in the Stansted to Sabiha Gokcen leg.
I would like to say the person at the Pegasus call centre was helpful - it is not their fault, it must be the UK Passport control policy.

Mr B. Yes, exactly the same issue. ECN - SAW and return no problems on last two flights. SAW - STA and STA - SAW, not possible. No problems prior to July, so I tend to agree this is a UK Immigration/Passport initiative.

I had this the other day when flying to Ercan via Izmir. Be aware that when checking in at Stansted I was told they could not print me a boarding pass for the 2nd leg and I had to get it at Izmir airport which I did eventually but the staff there had to make phone calls etc. So if you are able to print it yourself then I would.

Edit to add that I sent a query to customer services via the pegasus website on 19th August. Received an acknowledgement email immediately saying they would look into it and have had no response since. Also the "contact us" phone number on the website is unobtainable!
