You would have loads of options which can be booked direct with airlines or with skyscanner
From Larnaca you can book direct with Cobalt currently Wednesday or Saturday or get a connecting flight with Aegean via Athens (good value at the moment)or any of the UK airlines into UK airports or as already said you can book Turkish Airlines. I am a bit of an expert on booking these as I have been doing it 3/4 times a year for the last 12 years

If he is booking a scheduled airline with a credit card, an ATOL licence makes no difference.

An ATOL licence is for Air tours.

"For information only": - Cobalt Air Launches Winter Schedule from Larnaca to Dublin....

Don't forget that your Local Travel Agent may be able to turn up seats at prices not available to the general public though!
