You could try KAR GladRags shop in Karakum. They may have some.

There are some lovely Italian designer suits in Heartbeat the NCCCT's shop by the hospital if Glad Rags cannot fit you up.
I will be working there again on Thursday morning and it will be open on Friday morning.
I know there is black one but not sure of the size but there some excellent tailors here anyway.

thanks everyone for getting back i did tulips and glad rags this morning hopefully something will turn up
