A friend has been contacted by e mail, by a couple saying they have won millions and want to share it with various people. They have supplied finance details and contact numbers ,but I think this is a scam. Has anyone else had this offer.

I get them from time to time do not open any more as they are generated by a computer and opening it tells it the e-mail address is live and will send more just confine to junk without opening.

No such thing as a "Free Lunch". Not even when the FBI contact you to tell you they have found $246,000.00 registered in an account in your name - no they didn't!!! There are lots of folk about trying to get your details for whatever reason, moral is if you don't know them then don't open it and BIN it straight away.

I find some of the posters here very cynical. Can't you just take things in good faith?

I'm just waiting for that nice Nigerian chap I gave my bank details to whose going to transfer £1000,000 into my account to forward on to confirm it, he said I will get 10%! I just can't seem to get into my bank website anymore to check, probably just a glitch!
