I have just been told clocks will stay as they are, will not go back, same as last year..

Does this mean we will be 3 hours different to UK?
It makes it difficult to have a catch up with the family if so!.
Hated the dark mornings last year as well.

Much better for the frail elderly and other housebound for whom the long dark evenings of winter can be very lonely.
