Any one bought high tensile bolts here with lock nuts suitable tow bar thanks in advance

I could not find any locally - ended up shipping from UK - I think I once bought some from Spirios in the South a few years ago.

Perhaps an enquiry at a car accessory shop will yield more fruitful results!
