Nearest one I have seen is in Alsancak opposite Hur Deniz.

Keith, No.... Professor Whatever the Vet and what used to be Chicken Run (or something) , just up from Mardo and the Foot Lady. I'm pretty sure there is an office over the Vet which belongs to a Notary Or certainly there was until fairly recently.
