Reservoir walk

Now the weather has cooled down we are looking to go on some longer walks. We have a book which gives various walks in North Cyprus - many which we have done once and will do again, however we are thinking of heading out to the reservoir for a walk.
Can anyone recommend any walks around the reservoir, directions, places to park up etc etc.....help appreciated.

Seriously though, which reservoir are you talking about? If you are talking about the Gecitkoy reservoir then there have been plenty of previous posts about access to this place.

We tried to drive round it. Got stuck in the mud halfway round. No one about. Couldn't believe it when a police van turned up after about 5 mins in and dragged us out!!! Not helpful I know but it amused us. Let us know how you get on.
