Anyone stayed in Altinkaya lately

Wondered what it is like these days. Had some friends stay a few years ago and they said it needed updating, so wondered what the latest is.

We had friends stay in June/July and they made the same comment this year, 'its tired and needs updating'.
If you want the same area try The High Life in Karakum, 20 room hotel overlooking the sea. It's approximately half a mile from the harbour, nice to watch the ferries coming in.
