After seeing their advert on this board & reading their posts to say how marvellous they are I sent them an enquiry via their website on Friday morning. Having had no response, this morning I rang the mobile given as 'UK' which was not answered & several hours later nobody has come back to me.

Yes I use them. Always found them very efficient! I'm sure there is a valid reason for them not to have responded.
Give them another chance I'm sure you will be happy!

However, I actually did reply to your message on Saturday night and gave you a price in that email. When I heard about your complaint last night from many satisfied customers I then forwarded the email again to you. Perhaps you can check your junk or spam email.

Yesterday morning I was in a meeting with clients and when I left the meeting there were many missed calls on my telephone. I called all of those numbers back but my guess is unfortunately because I had so many, my phone didnt register your number as a missed call as it only keeps so many in the history. I can only apologise for this inconvenience.

I wish you good luck with whichever company you choose to insure with.

Hi properperson if you make comments like that, why not come out in the open, rather than hide and then people can judge your comments and see who you really are. In fact love your spelling of "qualifications", says a lot.

We would like to say a big thank you to Anthony for helping us with a printing problem. We are not clients of his but he was recommended as probably being able to help us. He went out of his way to try to sort the problem. So once again, thank you.

A post was submitted by a member with the username "properperson" - this now appears to have been removed, but at the time I also read this post, and I also have my opinion regarding the comments made in that post. There was no response to LaptaTony's post (12 days ago) and I would assume (and hope) that the matter is now over....

I must admit this post had me worried but assumed it was deleted but I thought you couldn't delete your own posts......

...But perhaps you can ask the moderators to remove/delete your own posts?
However, as I said, hopefully it's over and done with....

I use them and I have had very good service. Been there today regarding my car - excellent customer service.
