Well, the North could always give away to young couples the land around Paphos in the South - oh wait, no they can't, that land has been expropriated by the RoC so the real owners have already lost it! No, wrong again sorry, I have just seen the bill of sale that Ali signed as the UN stuffed him in the back of a truck and took him and his family to Episkopi - for his own safety of course. Distribution of the land is the easy part if they dont give them kocans they cant sell to developers job done.

As I drive around and view the vast areas of open space I wonder what all the fuss is about. I once asked my son what he thought of North Cyprus, he said it will be nice when it's finished.
