Can anyone advise how we deal with three dogs that have been dumped on our site one a puppy was dumped last week and now two more dogs in the last couple days, have spoke to the Beladysi ( sorry about spelling ) today, they say there is nothing they can do and just not to feed them, so what do we do now most people will be going back in the next couple of weeks and the people how live here already have dogs

Tragically, There is not a lot you can do if the Belediye cant or won't take them (which one by the way?),
Try advertising them on Hope for Pets (details on kitten thread), check if KAR will neuter the puppy , if not club together to pay to have it neutered and parasite treated so it will have a better chance and not increase the problem for the next generation.
Otherwise do as the Beli advise , , do not feed them or if you do only a long way from any residential area., Harden your heart and let nature take its course and trust inGod/Allah.
PS Photos of the dogs, particularly the puppy, may help to attract an adopter.

they didn't ask to be born, so so sad and yes there are starving human species but it isn't in your face like these poor dogs are in theirs

Neighbour has informed me that someone from the belidasi is coming tomorrow so hopefully they will have shelter and food .... so angry with people who just dump them without a second thought ... this is the fourth time this has happened on our site now over the last few years and don't suppose it will be the last

We have gone over and over this one. No real human likes to see animals suffering, but equally few of us want to see a healthy animal put down. We all have to find our own solution to our feelings about strays if we want to stay in this country. and stay sane., Mine is to personally care for as many as my home and finances allow, others may prefer to support an animal charity, Sadly there are too many strays to be properly homed
and it appears not enough money to have them all neutered.
There was an article appeared on the KAR website some time ago that explained that packs of stray animals adjusted according to the food available - if there was insufficient they did not breed, or produce healthy pups,. If well fed they did! So maybe it is a kind of tough love not to feed them but let nature take its course.
I keep banging this drum, but no one comments. Long term, as well as neutering, the solution is to restrict entry into the country of dogs, particularly large, potentially dangersous animals and those (like huskies) which are bred for colder climate. Pets should only be allowed in if neutered.
Meanwhile if anyone wants to do something but not sure what, why not get together with others on your site to pay for an animal to be neutered , it will give the animal a better chance in life and help towards the reduction of strays.
