Hello everyone
Does anyone know if you can buy Bragg’s Apple cider vinegar in north cyprus or if Holland and Barett stock this on ledra street.

Can't help with your question. You can make your own quite easily using cores and peel or whole apples. Just Google Homemade apple cider vinegar for recipes galore and take your pick.

Thanks for that I may try the homemade version if I can’t find Bragg’s in the local shops

Thank you Alpha Mike for this suggestion - just looked it up and looks very easy to do. In the UK I was taking a spoonful of cider vinegar and water with spoonful of bicarb soda daily to keep my system alkalinised (in balance) to thwart off any health issues. I had missed it and can start again once I have made it

You are both very welcome. It really is easy to make. I too, like to have some in water, but have never thought to put bicarb in it. Must give it a try.

Pineapple vinegar is also very nice, and has health benefits too. Useful for using up the core and pineapple skin, rather than binning it. Plenty of recipes on the web, but here is one suggestion. https://lovelovething.com/pineapple-vinegar/

You can make vinegar with all sorts of fruit, I have only so far made apple cider, pineapple and banana. Probably would make pomegranate, but have been lazy and just bought it here, as it's not expensive. One of these days, will give it a try.
