my friends have asked me to post this on Kibkom to let others know who need their final names on house that they have just received the final Kokan for their house onto the land etc... They would recommend Unal Karaca from The Black Olive who undertook the job of sorting the issues which the builder had not bothered to or rather couldnt be bothered to do! ....
So for any one not living in North Cyprus, Unal Karaca can sort , my friends are well chuffed, they didnt have the time to run from one department to another, which apparently is needed ...

Thomas, so its rubbish to report that some one has had help to get the final kokans ? .... Im sure you know best, but I know my friends were very happy to receive as they had the land title but wanted the house and garage married up ...

They are recommending Unal Karaca to do the running about and explaining in Turkish to the relevant offices.... Thats not rubbish is it ....
