What are the best and the worst alcoholic drinks on a low-carb diet?
First the obvious: Alcohol is not a weight-loss aid.
The more alcohol you drink, the more weight loss may slow down,
as the body burns the alcohol before anything else.

No alcohol beer is available at the big supermarket on the other side of the mountain (Besparmak)

Van Pur, non alcoholic 3.30 TL a can. We were in there yesterday. Don’t but the one next to it though Van Pur 10% alcohol. Would melt your innards I think.
