Has anyone lost a budgerigar Lapta/Alsancak area?

This afternoon we managed to catch a young, blue budgerigar that turned up in our garden. If it's yours or you know someone who has lost a blue budgie, please call 0533 8405968. It's safe in a spare cage and being well cared for but we would like to get it returned to it's rightful owner.
