Residents certicate

Does anyone know the procedure for a residents certificate not temporary residence.
We are moving over bit by bit including a container but the shipping company want a residents certicate.

This may be too late for you given when you posted this request, so I hope you managed to get it sorted out.
Normally what they need is a Muhtar's Letter. The Muhtar is your local area representative and his letter confirms that you are living here.
You usually need this for any containers arriving, and it will be shown to the customs officials.
I am guessing this is what they mean.
Which shipping company are you using? They should be able to explain what the certificate is and where you get it.
