Sofa Cleaning - Anybody doing it?

Hi
We need two large sofas cleaned but struggling to find anyone that still does it. A chap called David used to do it, and we got recommends and his number from old Kibkom posts but sadly (for us) no longer does.

We routinely sponge off the sofas / wash the cushion covers etc but frankly it needs a proper deep clean.

Anybody out there who does or who can put us in touch with an upholstery cleaning person / company?

Thank you in advance

I read something recently, but not sure if the forum or face book. There is a furniture shop in Lapta who collect and clean. I think it maybe the one next to Green Lotus Chinese.

Thanks - if anybody knows the name or no of the cleaning place (laundry) near Green Lotus could they let me know (we live near Girne so just saves a wasted trip if they can't do it).

I recently had my sofa's cleaned, the company I can't remember the name of,but if you are local to Girne, i can direct you. Heading away from Girne, if Gloria Jeans ( coffee house ) is on your left, then you pass the big army camp, the company is next to the army camp ( if I've remembered correctly!! ). Just drive very slowly past the army camp, a worker called Amos came to the house, he use's a sponge and bucket so i would maybe leave it until we get warmer weather, mine took about 2 days to dry properly and that was only for the frames, as I can wash the back covers and seat pad covers in the washing machine. Very pleased with the result.

Maybe another option is to get measured up for new covers.

Anyone know of any companies which do this?

Well, I think that you'd still want to have the sofa cleaned before fitting new covers onto it!

I know that I would, at any rate!

Taurus, I think that you might as well DIY, if someone paid to do the job just brings a sponge and a bucket, plus 2 days to dry.
