Hi please could anyone tell me who built these villas,and is a title deed of any kind been issued to anyone on this site?

A quick google brings up Sercem construction and it looks like in 2009 at least, there was a issue with the land being mortgaged so no deeds.
Hopefully someone has more upto date information.

Sercem was the developer, not sure who the builder was. Kocans are now being offered, we received ours last month after nine years of repeated requests. Other owners have also got theirs.

Thanks for your response, what kind of kocan are you receiving shared or full?

Full. Each of the 33 houses on site has individual plot numbers registered with Girne Land Office. There are no shared kocans here.
