Just what the TRNC needs! "TRANSPORT MINISTER" to make it cheaper to use a phone whilst driving!

Of course he's the man for the job, think of the money the mobile companies make whilst customers are driving. Not sure about the Public Works bit of his title. A huge proportion of them don't.

Every single day, I see at least one, and often more, people on their phones whilst driving. I have just purchased a car camera and need to fit it. I think insurance companies should offer a reduction of premium if cars have a camera fitted.

Whilst being on the phone is shocking what worries me is the people that drive and text being on the phone you can still see where you are going ,texting you cannot.i live near driving schools I have never seen an instructor teaching a pupil with either of them wearing a seatbelt. How are these people allowed to teach ??????
