Same reason why Btanston pickle or Heinz Baked Beans etc disappear for a time. The boats haven't brought them in.

It could be that they can't make any profit selling them at 7TL. They have been selling the parma ham bones which our dogs love.

No sign of curried beans yet either - gone the same way as shredded wheat, what is the world coming to, I blame it all on Brexit!

Waddo, I've only seen Shredded Wheat twice in three years. Can't get it down South either so I've been told. I once saw curried baked beans in Sha last year. Tried making them myself, but didn't taste right. Don't we sound pathetic????

You can get bite size Shredded Wheat in Metro in the South. (Don't tell the boys down the pub that I just said that!)

Returning to the original product; there can be problems with "dog treats" and similar items, as described here.....
Also my apologies; on first reading -

... at first I misunderstood and failed to realise that this referred to the shop's stock of "dog treats" rather than the dogs themselves....

Denise at Lambousa market, Lapta on Saturdays has a table full of dog treats, and they aren't over priced either.
Hope this helps you.
