North Cyprus November Triathlon

Hi Guys,
I'll be competing in the annual North Cyprus Middle Distance Triathlon on the 4th November, its up in Kaplica.

1.9km Sea Swim
90km Bike
21km Run.
It should be quite good fun, but im sure myself and many of the other athletes would love to have support and people to cheer us on.

PS If anyone fancies going out for a cycle or a run give me a shout. I'm based in Alsancak for the next couple of weeks.
