I have downloaded the Application forms for Passport Renewal, but have found it impossible to download the Credit Card Authorisation forms, despite trying various sites. Has anyone else had similar problems? Would Cafe Boss perhaps have the necessary forms there? Advice please.

Thought I was going to be able to help, as I downloaded it some time ago and could have emailed it to you. Just looked at it, and it is for the consulate at Düsseldorf. Sorry. Bet it is the same otherwise!

You have to scroll further down the site and click on the link for the Foreign & Commonwealth office and follow the links there.

We have just tried it and have downloaded the form. If you give me your e.mail address I will send it to you. You can send me a PM or click on the e.mail button against my profile.

Well it was actually my better half that did the research and e.mailed me the link. I merely passed on the info.
