Newbie here so hello...

Can anybody recommend a decent key holder for the Bacheli area?

Exactly what services are you looking for Trigger as key holding may mean different things to different people?

For now, I am just wanting a service where I can leave the keys to my house so that someone can go around and allow deliveries and workers in/out.

Eventually someone to manage the property for rental though that will be at least a year off, all going to plan, which it probably won’t.

What you have is then is a short term need and a possible longer term need. You may need two different types of people or agencies to cover these needs as I doubt that an established villa management company could afford the time to hang around waiting for deliveries and waiting for workmen to turn up - if they ever do at agreed times! So what you probably need is an individual living in or near Bacheli to cover this shorter term need. I'm afraid I do not know of anyone who could hepl you with this.

In the longer term, you would probably need a legally operating villa management company. We have one servicing our villa in Esentepe who I can recommend if you later decide to go down the rental path.

I live on estate 5 kms east of Bahceli crossroads. Where is your property? A number of individuals/companies maintain properties on our estate and I hold keys for a number of villas on our estate for owners. I agree you need two separate assistances here, plus a high degree of trust if you are not here full time.

We have used Pebbles Villa Management for a number of years. Villa is on Greatstone Park at bottom of hill to Esentepe village.
