Hi,

I am looking at getting some basic buildings insurance. I’ve had a quick search of the site but couldn’t really find anything about which company is best. I have seen compass advertised on the adverts. Are these any good or could anybody recommend other decent companies?

No idea where you live or the property is, so any advice is a stab in the dark regarding location access availability. However, either Azant or ESTA west of Girne have good reputations of Stuart Lowe in Esentepe if you live east of Girne. I am sure other posters will also have advice. Gazimagusa, Guzulyert, Iskele or Lefkosa areas - sorry, no idea.

Sorry, should have been clearer. I am east of Girne, Bacheli.

Try Stuart Lowe, close to chemist/supermarket and opposite Tunjay 'n yeri restaurant.
