I have been told that the Elvis concert in the Amphitheatre later this year has been cancelled. Is this true?

Fabulous responses everyone..... but on a more serious note yes the Elvis Show has been cancelled. The reason for this is primarily due to the fact that Girne Belediye would not confirm our booking due to local elections happening in June/July. What the hell politics has to do with booking the TRNC's premier entertainment venue to beyond belief but hey ho... It is a sad loss for the island as this was a world class show.
