Flickering lights

Every evening at about 7.30 my light bulbs start flickering the tv does not seem affected. Any one else have this in my area near the Malpas hotel.

yes, we are up in the village and have the same issue most evenings.

Could this be related to the street lights coming on. We had a problem a couple of years ago, where a set of lights blew, three nights on the trot at the same time, then realised it was when the street lights went on, we had faulty wiring, and the surge obviously caused a problem.

Seems ok now so fingers crossed its not my wiring!
