Somebody to make a fixed awning/shade

Does anybody know of anybody that could make a retractable awning. Am going to get a metal frame made fixed onto wall and railings need somebody that can make retractable cover. Had awnings but with the wind here in winter they got broken. Have seen sturdy ones in Blue Island but they look heavy and not sure if my balcony could hold that. If possible would be good if could remove the cover in the winter to save damage.
