I would suggest your friend visits several Girne-based hospitals to discuss the specifics of the disorder. Then a decision can be made as to who best to treat the problem. I feel your query is just too general and open to subjective opinion. Private v State, male/female, chronic/acute condition, medication being taken, age etc? I acknowledge this reply is not specifically helpful, but the scope of any meaningful answer to this query, in this form, is endless.
