After many happy years in Alsancak, the time had come for me to sell and relocate to the UK. I was recommended Landmark Estate Agents from my neighbour, as they had succesfully sold their home with them. Within two days of making contact with Landmark, my house was marketed at the going rate and sold at the full asking price. We needed time to clear but even so just two weeks later, my deeds had been signed over, the money was in my account and I had moved out.

I wanted to say thank you to everyone at Landmark for selling my home. Victor and Pelin at Landmark were efficient, helpful and knew exactly the type of purchaser to show around.
