Just wondering if there is a company or a way that i can get the water that goes from our mains tank to the hot water on the roof to be clear of all the impurities in the water.
Thank you in advance.

That would be quite a challenge - to rid the water of "all the impurities" - is that really what you want?

Could you explain your motives, and say what has prompted this request?

I want a filter as i have i think it maybe causing allergies that i suffer from and was wondering if anyone has fitted a filter that can possibly do this.

Can UV light clean water?

There are certainly firms which supply and install filters, although I can't recommend any from personal experience.

Member PapaBravo mentioned a filter system on this thread - perhaps you could PM or email him...

I cleaned my rooftop cold water plastic tank recently. Even working on a flat roof it was quite a challenge but I managed to clean out the tank and got a bucketful of sediment out!
