I need to get a skirt altered plus new zip, I am in Ozankoy.
Recommendations as to where to go where English is spoken

The Taylor in Ozankoy alters EVERYTHING for us, he does a great job and prices are very reasonable

Yes agreed, Ozanköy tailor is very very good.
