Amanda's/Iian's Auction rooms

I know they have this auction every month, but they used to be open during the day so you could go and buy before the auction, much like an ordinary shop, but today it was closed, does anyone know what is actually happening there now.
Is it called Amanda's or Iians auction now?

Next auction is on the 4th November as it was written on the door, but can't remember the start time. I will be there on saturday to view so will let you know if nobody has replied by then.
