Please could you clarify if you are running this as a business. Reason I ask is because presumably you charge a fee, and I am sure people would like to know. Unless of course, you just wish to help people for nothing. Please make it clear. and also, do we assume tha tyou are offering to act as an interpretor as opposed to some kind of lawyer etc.

I'd say it's fairly clear that this isn't just a friendly helping hand, Marion. I'll be taking the number, but I do imagine that if I call it, I'll pay for the service I receive.

thanks guys for your comments....i do charge for my time and expenses but nothing compared to what solicitors etc charge, and due to being well connected i often save people a lot of money in other areas.
at the end of the day though, this is a service and some people would just be glad to have someone with them to tell them what is being said and to translate accordingly.

just to put my ''two penneth'' in yet again, I can vouch that this lady is a very caring and helpful young lady.

I agree that it is great to have someone with you when struggling to und erstand a foreign language. However, it owuld still be helpful for us to know the scale of charges. I fo rone HATE phoning up to ask for something with no idea what it might cost, because it is potentially embarrassing to say 'oops, can't afford that'. People don't like to admit they can't.
and osmetimes the word 'reasonable' gets used. and again sadly, what is reaosnable to olne is not so reasonable to another, especially those living on small pension monies.

problem there is the scale of the ''problem''. How long and to what degree her services are needed.
Difficult one to put a price on Marion, I think.

I peronally know of several people this person has helped (including myself) and she did far more than would have been expected. It would be difficult for her to post a price list as each individual case would involve different timescales/expenses etc. But I would thoroughly recommend her if you need to deal with the authorities etc.

I don't know Ilnur but I do know that when my friend Jim died recently she was absolutely brilliant in what was a very difficult situation
for his widow. She sorted out all the paperwork and explained everything that was happening at the hospital. When you are in shock
having someone like Ilnur with you is worth every penny.

As far as charges go I think it is the same as 'how long is a piece of string', every situation will differ, but can I please suggest that you all take note of her number, she has helped me personally and others I know, will go 'beyond the call of duty' and I think when we are in a situation where we need help sometimes cost isn't the most important consideration.
Please take note of her number you will not regret it.
