Looking for somewhere to get some curtains made west of Girne

In the same rank of shops where Credit West is at one end there is a fabric shop that will make up your curtains for you - pop in and talk to them.

I think you are confusing East and West waddo as CW in the West is not in a rank of shops. I have used the curtain shop that is opposite Aydin chemist/Laconic (the name escapes me) for blinds as has my (very particular) TC neighbour and was very happy with both price and service. The gentleman owner speaks excellent English however his wife who is usually in the shop not so much. She will however call him and he normally comes fairly quickly.

We used The Curtain Shop main road into Girne on left coming from Lapta just after Gloria Jeans.Very satisfactory complete with fitting service

Sadly davedee our experience of that establishment was the total opposite of yours.

Not west of Girne, but have always used Mermaid Fabrics at Karakum plus Brilliant Homes Girne. Fabulous jobs

We used curtain world. Got a really good deal, the entire house done for £900 but the black out blinds that they sold us were not black out blinds. Also, we got a chair from them that they failed to deceiver and we had to go and collect it. The curtain ties we are still waiting for two weeks later despite promises that they will arrive tomorrow. The work itself they have done is top notch though, just a shame about the customer service.

We have now gone back and ordered blackout bedroom curtains, paid for them but still waiting for them to arrive. They cannot give us a date, which is frustrating but they have been and put some temporary black out curtains which is decent of them.
