Does anyone know where I can obtain a change of address form for car log book?
What additional documents are required for this process?

Where is the address that needs changing? I don't have one on my Log Book.

The address of owner (s) is listed on the log book under title 'Adresi'

Most just say 'Girne' or 'Lapta'
I would visit the car tax office in Girne they will surely know where you need to go
