I would be very grateful if someone could point me in the right direction. Where should I go? Can I go to the Lab by Bellapaise lights and just request a blood test?
Thankyou for your help.

PSA checks are only part of a thorough Prostate check. If you are having symptoms I would strongly advise visiting a GP rather than just having a PSA blood analysis. I had two very good friends who had low indications and still had all the symptoms and ended up with Cancer requiring treatment.
All I am saying is see a GP in the first place if exhibiting symptoms.

Thankyou, but no symptoms. I am just wanting a check partly because 2 of our friends have been diagnosed with cancer.

Why would you go to a GP here when you can go straight to a Urology Consultant who will give you an Ultrasound & physical check. You can also have the PSA blood test done at a laboratory to take with you, as said above these are notoriously unreliable & should not be used as the only indicator - good luck.

PSA check is a notoriously ineffective inaccurate diagnosis of prostate cancer. Use the internet for up-to-date information.

meme, to answer your question - yes you can go along to the Erduran Laboratory by the Bellapais lights and request a PSA test, cost 90TL or 70TL with the BRS discount.

They open at 8 a.m., and if you get there by 9 a.m. the result will be ready for 2 p.m.

Make an appointment to see Professor Ali Ulvi Önder - the Urologist at Near East University Hospital - and take your test result with you, he was recommended by the Tulips team.
