My electric bills came by emai regularly. In January they suddenly stopped. Any ideas?

Can't answer your question, but I've had mine on my mobile for absolutely yonks, no problems at all.. Hopefully someone else can help you.

Since I signed up at end of 2015, only one (Jan 2017) failed to reach me - my latest was ten days ago...

Have you checked your spam folder?

I'm with you Kath, used to get them as an email but only get a text message now.

Text message is really all you need. Gives you your account number and the amount owed, down to the smallest Kuros. Unless you need to checki n more detail of course and you're keeping a careful eye on something?

signed up for email bills as well as text messages, never had an email yet but not surprised by any unprofessionalism from Kibtek.

When I first signed up to get email mine didn't come through - eventually went in to the Kibtek office just off the High Street and they had taken down the wrong email address - just a thought to go and check???
