Hi all,

Where is a decent place to buy quality running shoes without going into Nicosia? Asics brand would be ideal! Anywhere in Alsancak or Girne?

On the same subject where is the best place to get trainers if you have big feet

Asics will be quite hard to find; there is an Adidas shop on Atataurk Cadessi in Girne and a Nike shop just past and opposite Limassol Bank on the "High" (Can't remember its name) Street.

I know you don't want to go to Nicosia but the only Asics shop I have ever found in the North is at the bottom end of the dereboyu -http://marlinsportscentre.com/iletisim/

I got my Asics from sportsshoes.com and got someone to bring them out. May be not much help to you. Are you a seasoned runner?
