Is anybody having problems login onto credit west internet personnel banking .

Yes, they seem to have changed something, and my saved password did not work.

I clicked on the 'forgot password' link, and they emailed me a new password.

As soon as I logged in using the new password, the system prompted me to change it, which I did do, and then it sent me a further 'one-time password' by text, which finally let me get at my money

I think that it must be very secure, 'cos if I can't log into my own account, I'm fairly sure that no one else will be able to!!

Nothing changed with my login. Worked yesterday and worked again just now.

It may not be relevant but my Near East Bank online banking had to be reset yesterday with a new Customer No., Password and PIN. After 4 years of using it every day. STRANGE EH ?

'Archie' - Probably best to contact the Bank if you're still having problems - our issues may not be connected!

All sorted had to change password.
