Water Tanks

We are buying a property in Tatlisu which has been empty for a couple of years. The water tanks are full of water including the back up tank, does anyone have any suggestion to how we clean these tanks out? We have been told they need to be bleached and fully cleaned. Is this easy to do ourselves or does someone know a company that can do this for us.

Any help would be appreciated.

Why not just empty them by running off the water in the top tank (with pump off) then treat the water in the bottom tank with some bleach (a cup full) and then force it up to the top tank with the pump and then run that away again... then empty the lower tank by siphoning off the water....

Both tanks will have been bleached and emptied but be sure to run the water away from any plants you don't want killed....

Once refilled empty again to remove any residue of bleach then refill and you are good to go...
