Kurban Bayram have I got the dates right?

Can anyone confirm that the banks and government offices start the Bayram on Tuesday next thru Friday please?

I just heard that "In line with the decision of the Turkish Government, The Bayram period in TRNC will start on Monday 20th August 2018".

Thinking of taking a trip I to Girne on Sunday morning to get a few gifts to take home.
Hoping to go early and just wondering what time shops open.
Top of list is a footie top cor our grandson.

Touristy shops open about 10 ish, but a lot of them are closed on Sundays, can be a bit hit and miss.
