Another perfect customer service experience

But suddenly, after buying it for the last 7 years, they just refused to eat it. Even the 'alien' cat visitors would not touch it!
I looked at the date and found it was out of date. My friend then got me some new bags, but it was only slightly better. I had to mix it with some other food but the cats were not really happy. I decided to write to the company, details on the packaging. I got a phone call pretty promptly, asking me where I was and then I got a call from OERO Ltd and they said they will send somebody - all the way to Dipkarpaz!! - and discuss it.
A very nice young man, speaking perfect English brought me 4 fresh 3kg packets, took one of the old ones away for testing and told me I could give the other old packets that the cats do not want to charity. They want me to test the new food and report back.
I am seriously impressed!!
