Has anyone bought a new dishwasher lately please? Ours has packed in, just wondering where is the best place to purchase one?

Arcelik always have good after sales service. All of my other kitchen goods came from Halos, but the dishwasher we replaced from Arcelik had been so good we got a replacement from there when it died!

It should not have died.... how old was it?

Its at least 10 years old, it was working fine until this morning, we had trouble getting it going, eventually it did turn on but then stopped a short while later, my better half said there was no water getting in?

Have you checked the inline filter on the water supply side?

Molliethecat, my dishwasher hasn't been working this past week, discovered it was due to the extremely low water pressure we are having at the moment, barely a trickle. We had a very brief supply of normal pressure, and the dishwasher worked again. Like you, thought mine was on the bung, as it's never not worked before, even with low pressure.

alphamike, you just beat me too it. I had the same problem with ours once last week, it was down to lack of pressure. My fault though because I'd forgotten to switch the outside pump on!!

Yes thank you Mollie the cat, I am on the right thread. I was replying to Groucho's question to me in message 5 of this thread.

Do not know if it is the same model but we had an Arcelik dishwasher stopped working called the Arcelik service people out to find out that we had pressed the button on the left hand side of the door edge we resulted in the machine not working the service people were very good about it but we were still charged for the visit guess they had a good laugh on the way home.

There is a dish washer for sale on Facebook Sales North Cyprus. Looks in good condition to me.

I have a dishwasher for sale 10 years old used only 2 times people who bought the apartment never came out.
