where is it? how big is it? do you need a ladder to get at it? has it lost its gas? does it actually run?

Works fine. They are in upstairs bedroom with outside unit up on wall. Think 23000 BTU.
Just want ball park figure so have money ready. Cost approx. per unit service.

Can I ask the same question please? 12000BTU non-inverter which runs but not getting cold, 2nd floor so ladder required. In Lapta.
