Property Club International advertising luxury beach front apartments in Bogaz for £ 34.900.
Does anyone know of, or had dealings with this company?

Im not a big fan of estate agents howvere are you sure this scam warning is for this company as it relates to a bond and also the name is the other way round . From a quick google i dont hink the company has anything to do with this bond scam. Theres no evidence linking the address and the name is the other way round.

Selling the development in bogaz . I know the development and its half way to being constructed . Busy bees are heavily selling this development . Granted the above website is pretty basic and im not sure if they have an estate agents license .

Linking them to a scam property because they have a similar name is pretty harsh as it may not be them and in this instant all they are doing is trying to flog some property that does exist in bogaz.

In my opinion there are far better developments in this area as this one is stuck in bogaz behind lemar. They are promoting some very high rental projections which fior me do not tally up .
