atm Alsancak

The atm at the petrol station in Alsancak is playing up again. My daughter tried getting money out today, receipt says she has taken £100 out in sterling but no money came out. She informed the man at the garage and apparently someone else also had this problem today. Have informed bank in the UK who are keeping a check on the transaction. If there is no sterling in machine it shouldn’t be allowing the transaction to go through. This is the second time this has happened in the last couple of years, hopefully they will realise there has been a mistake and we will not get charged for this.
