Irish Passport Renewal

Did you know that if you have an existing Irish passport that Is about to run out you can now renew it online. It’s a very easy process including taking a photo and uploading it, completing the application form and making the payment. I got a neighbour to take the photo against a white background and the whole process took twenty minutes. The cost, 110€ for a ten year passport and an ID/ Passport Card that can be used instead of a passport all around the EEC Area.
They were posted separately to my UK address and arrived within 14 days. What a great service. Well done Ireland.
