Is it the norm for Mods, or whoever removes posts, to do so without the courtesy of infoming the poster by PM of such removal and the reasons therefor?

Mods are people, they are volunteers (as in not getting paid) and nobody normally appreciates all the hard work they do like spending extra time in here, reading posts when they are not normally interested etc in order to keep the forum clean.

Expecting them to message people explaining reasons for every single post they delete is ... I dont know ... ridiculous?

Go read the forum rules, and you should be mature enough to figure out why a particular post of yours was deleted. If you cannot figure it out, you can always PM mods and ask and I am sure they will do their best to respond to you.

If you want this form to run better, you can always use 'donate' button above to give them a hand.

Or you can set up and run your own forum, and show us how it should be done...

Just my 2 cents worth...

It only happens when some snowflake is losing an argument and runs to a safe space complaining. They want free speech as long as its only them speaking and others agreeing.

I had removed your posts and mine. I had answered your queries and left on the forum for approx a week for you to see before removing.

I did not break any Forum rules except perhaps an implied one which should be added.

Would do the same for any business. Think first, before posting, as to what harm it can do to a business. Issue could have been dealt with them direct via PM, Email or Tel. As mentioned in my post, issue had been investigated and owner of company had been informed as to what needs to be done to rectify.
