I went acouple of months ago,was examined by 2 students with no senior supervision.l asked about an implant for my broken crown and was told the lady who would do the procedure had damaged her hand so would not be available for 2 weeks. The price they gave me was very inexpensive which led me to believe that it was maybe incorrect. Not a professional approach therefore l went elsewhere. My experience........may be different for others.

I have been going for a few weeks to have previous problems ( done by another dentist) sorted out by Dr Yagiz Ozbay and also for an implant (Prof. Baha Gursoy and found them to be very very good and much less expensive than other places here. Would highly recommend them,. and don't forget they give 20% discount for BRS members. The first time I went I was examined by a student, then x-rays taken, then the student went off with the x-ray and I was passed on to Dr Agiz. I think that is how they do it at the hospital.

I have booked an appoint for the first time at the Hospital for tomorrow. The Dentist I have been going to has quoted me an absolutely ridiculous amount (even allowing for the recent increases) Familiarity breeding contempt I think! Having had abscesses in the past here, its unlikely a dentist will do too much without at least 5 days of strong antibotics.
